Itinerary
Pre trip you will be provided a more detailed itinerary and access to a private Whatsapp community to meet other Mums, below is an overview of what to expect
Day 1
Arrive at leisure and take your complimentary transfer to Sofitel, Denarau, meet other Mums and little ones, relax then head to the beach for our private welcome dinner including a three hour beverage package to let your hair down a little.
Day 2
Enjoy breakfast at leisure then head down to the beach to be picked up for our private boat transfer to Fiji’s Island Day Club, complete with Nannies and babes in tow enjoy a day in turquoise waters, white sand, cocktails, sun loungers and island bliss with new found friends and your precious little ones.
Back to the resort at sunset, it’s time for a more casual down at the bustling Port Denarau where you can also treat yourself to some shopping and a group dinner.
Day 3
Today is all about relaxing and recovering, be sure to pre book your massages on arrival to make sure you can get the most out of today. Your Nanny will whisk the little ones away but keep them close enough should you need a snug, give a feed or take for a dip. At sunset we bid farewell with some dusk cocktails, lots of hugs and a ‘We Did It’ moment… enjoyed by a final dinner at your own leisure or relaxing room service and a hot bath to soak up the last moments.
Day 4
Bid farewell to new and old friends and head away to the airport at your scheduled transfer time.

Who can attend ClubMum?
ClubMum welcomes both mothers and children—from as young as 3 months old up to 12 years old—ensuring activities and support are age-appropriate for little ones and indulgent for mums alike.
Can I bring someone other than my child?

Are kids above 12 accommodated?
Children older than 12 can attend, but rates are quoted separately. To get a quote for a child over the age of 12 please email hello@clubmum.org
Can Dads come?
ClubMums is for Mums, Aunties, Female Besties, Female Partners, Grandma… but no Dad, Grandads, Uncles allowed. Male children are of course welcome.
What should I pack for the trip?
Where do we stay?
All guests are staying at Sofitel Denarau. Options include:
Superior King Room Solo: King bed plus portacot—or single bed for the mini
Superior Twin Room Double: Two doubles plus two portacots or single beds for minis
What kind of activities can we expect?
Expect a mix of tropical indulgence and family fun, including:
Welcome dinner and island cocktails
A private island day with boat transfers and food and beverage voucher
Luxury spa time, sunsets, photo/video coverage, and so much more
Can I cancel, or get a refund?
We recommend you take out comprehensive travel insurance from a reputable company with full indemnity cover for cancellation, loss of deposit, medical expenses, personal accident(s) and loss of personal baggage (whether by theft or otherwise).

Your Host Olivia Rogers
Olivia has been running international group events for the past 12 years, curating and organising groups from as small as 10 to as large as 450.
After becoming a Mum she found how overwhelming it can be to travel solo with a baby, after facing the fear and booking the flight she found the best travel hacks and tips to endure a solo flight from Fiji to Los Angeles, just her and her 3 month old baby. Since then her and Cruz have gone on many solo adventures and enjoyed every minute.
After many Mums reahed out for advise after following the adventures on social media, Olivia was moved to make a girls trip for Mums happen and Club Mum was born! The Club Med for Mums that the the minis come for the ride!
